Attached is an invitation for an art exhibit of Manuel Gutierrez paintings. He has never exhibited his work, nor have they ever been for sale. But, he has now retired from his lifelong career as an architect and has decided to sell his paintings and give 100% of the proceeds to the Marian Center, where his niece attends. This is truly a labor of love. I hope you can join us.
